About this converter
Photographing documents is quicker than scanning them, but almost nobody accepts a folder of JPGs where a PDF was expected. This puts your pictures into one document, one image per page, in the order you added them.
A4 suits most of the world and Letter suits the US. If you are making something to look at rather than to print — a portfolio, a set of screenshots — choose "fit the image exactly" and each page takes the shape of its picture, with nothing trimmed and no white border.
By default each page takes the shape of its own picture, so a wide photo gets a page on its side rather than being shrunk into a tall one — it comes out about half as large again. The cost is a document whose pages change shape as you scroll, which is awkward to print or bind, so set the orientation yourself if you would rather every page matched.

Which kinds of picture can I use?
Any of them — JPG, PNG, HEIC from an iPhone, WebP, AVIF, GIF, BMP and TIFF — and you can mix them in one document.
Will the images lose quality?
JPG and PNG go in exactly as they are, untouched. Anything else has to be converted on the way in, because those are the only two kinds of picture a PDF can hold; that conversion is done at high quality and you would struggle to see it.
What order do the pages come out in?
The order you added the images. Selecting a whole folder leaves that order up to your device, so add them individually if it matters.
Do my pictures get sent anywhere?
No. The PDF is assembled on your own device, so your photos and scans never leave it.
